Hiring Chris as my coach was a life-changing experience. When I first met Chris, my perception on fitness was focused mainly on physical results. However, after working with him, my view on health and wellness has been transformed. As a woman, I was always afraid to lift heavy weights in fear of having a "bulky" figure. When I started training with Chris, he challenged me to push my limits and lift more than I ever imagined. Before Chris I was bench pressing 85lbs, squatting 155lbs, and deadlifting ~160lbs. In less than a year, my bench press has gone up to 115lbs, my squat is now 230lbs, and my deadlift is 275lbs! Not only did I feel strong and find a passion for powerlifting, but my body also responded positively. The diet modifications and training program he gave me helped me lose 9 pounds of body fat and gain almost a full pound of lean muscle tissue. Not only was my mentality toward exercise different, but my relationship with food also improved. My view of food/dieting is something that I have struggled with for a long time, but Chris taught me what it means to fuel your body properly and transformed my way of thinking. Even while working night shifts and having an inconsistent schedule, Chris made a program that was sustainable and fit my lifestyle. I am a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of myself because of his coaching. The knowledge he has is invaluable. Chris is someone that will challenge you, yet encourage you every step of the way!

I have had the opportunity to train with many trainers over several decades, and working with Chris is a privilege. I came to him after slow, steady progress with other trainers. His programming amplified and transformed my body, my lifts, and most importantly my confidence. As a busy professional, working mom (to a young toddler) -- my time is precious. Training with Chris delivers excellent results; I've worked to PRs that I never thought I was capable of. I am down over 12lbs and down 3 pant sizes overall.
But it's not simply about the weight loss -- it is how Chris makes the workouts sustainable. His training is challenging but never leaves me unable to keep up with my son or the 2 cycling classes that I teach each week. Most importantly Chris is a knowledgeable, excellent teacher and builds workouts that are safe and tailored to my goals. He sees potential in me that I missed -- and he helps me unlock that potential.

I hired Chris to develop a meal plan for me to assist with weight loss and energy. I am 60 years old, and weight loss has been a struggle for most of my life. I have also been diagnosed with diabetes, and now high cholesterol -- so I really needed to focus on my weight and overall health. Chris developed a full meal plan centered around whole foods that is extremely easy to follow and adhere to. His plan consists of calorie and macro counts, and easy consistent meals that helps me take the guess work out of planning my meals. He also encouraged my commitment to doing two 10-minute walks on the treadmill each day following my meals, which has been a huge benefit for my energy and digestion. I have already lost 28lbs so far -- but even more beneficial than that has been the change in my energy levels. My glucose levels have evened out, and even my sleep has improved! My general pain with activity has also improved. Chris took the time to explain the rationale behind his plan in a way that I could understand and trust. I look forward to continuing with his coaching and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their nutrition, energy, and overall health.
